We offer free standard shipping on international orders over $75.00 before tax (with certain exclusions). Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.
All US orders are shipped from our US warehouse, taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable. International orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
When ordering from shophudabeauty.com the recipient is responsible for these import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.
Please allow up to 21 business days for shipping to US territories, P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs. (Shipping to P.O. boxes, FPO or APO addresses is only available within the US).
If your chosen delivery address is a Shop & Ship Address, please note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your order after it has been delivered to your Shop & Ship address.
Unfortunately, due to IATA guidelines there are restrictions associated with shipping fragrance and other HAZMAT items. Kayali fragrance and Resting Boss Face Setting Spray will only be available to purchase in selected countries. Due to the additional requirements, please allow an additional 2-3 days shipping for orders including fragrance and Resting Boss Face.
Please note there will be no returns for Kayali fragrance. All fragrance sales are final.
All Black Friday weekend sales are final – there will be no returns for items purchased within this period.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com to organize the return of your item quoting your order number and the item you would like to return.
Returned items should be received within 30 days of receipt. The item will be refunded and not exchanged. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
Full Collections/ Vaults and Kayali fragrance cannot be returned. For vaults, fragrance and HAZMAT items, all sales are final.
For the return or exchange of Huda Beauty products purchased from any other authorized retailer please contact your retailer directly
If you are returning your item within the US you will be required to print your return label and take the return shipment to your local UPS, please keep the box that your items were shipped in along with the completed pack slip.
The international returns process varies between countries, we will inform you of the next steps upon receipt of your email.
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, this may not constitute as damage.
